fear, it'll make it on to these pages soon enough. Let's move on with our lives,
OK?
Roach Motel! We got a whole bunch of great

depth when Warren and the Trashman dig deep into pictures and diagrams of these
great looking and sounding pipes!

The Road King Light Special - That's right, Warren takes us on a tour of
the ass-end of his Road King as be prepares to "light up the night". PLUS -
Trash visits Scott's Motors and talks with the undisputed king of Harley Motor
building in Colorado, Scott Yamasaki. This show rocks hard and has our boys back
at their best with great bikes, great guests and lots of all-around good-time
chat about the stuff that really matters in life - motorcycles, women and
motorcycles.

Maid Marion Camel Toe Special - Well,
after hounding her for weeks to send us a picture, we finally got a fantastic
piece of internet poon-pix and went happily on our way. We also talked about why
there are so many sportsters in Street Chopper Magazine, why they show Rappers
in ChopperHead magazine and that they now have complete dental service in Poland
thanks to an article in Discover Poland. Trash put a really cool swingarm on his
softail build and Warren did some idiot crap like duct-taping cherry bombs to a
kids swingset that he mounted on the rear of his bike because he thought it
looked like a drag bar. Most people agreed in the chat room that he indeed had
no style when it came to building bikes. Many ideas where thrown around in a
discussion of black chrome and how powdercoating small animals wasn't a good
idea.

Warren
Takes 5 - The Trashman Rocks On - Well, half of the show
didn'r show up this week as Warren was off swingin' around wild London
City, checkin' out the chopper scene across the pond. Trashman decided
to damn the torpedoes, called up his good buddy Danny from Bitchin'
Stichin' and put on one hell of a show without Warren even knowing it
was going on. True to his calling as a wiz not only on the wrench but
also on the mike - Trash and Danny had a great time discussing
everything from motorcycle legislation aimed at bike customizers to
pulling the button off the seat on the beloved Captain America. Some
technical gremlin seems to have stolen the first few minutes of the the
archive (seriously, I think this server just eats data sometimes), but
you'll get 90% of the show without interruption - and let me tell you,
90% of KickstartTV is better than 100% of most of the wimpy crap
passing as motorcycle shows out there on the web.

The
LIVE Transmission Dissection Show - We'd been talking about
transmissions and really how easily they went together that we felt it
was only fair to put our money where our mouth was a tear one apart in
the studio. And that's exactly what Trash did - he took a regular
Harley 5 speed transmission and tore it apart so you could see all the
guts and gears and stuff and explained that if you took your time and
used the manual, that transmission work was some of the most zen stuff
you could do on a Harley. We started a new section for servicement
where we wanted them to send in pictures of their scooters or the
scooters they wanted so we could out them up and give our fighting men
and women some well-deserved respect. Warren decided to start a new
feature called "stay or go?" in which he showed us some new mods made
on the gasser and asked the question "should they stay or should they
go" - he took a rightous bashing for using duct tape to mock stuff up.
Features: Four Minute Motorcycle from BooBoo - a great 66 shovel
chopper, Trash tears apart a five speed in the studio, Warren asks us
"should these mods stay or should they go?" and some chick wanted Trash
to show his tits.

The Laid-Back Yet Funky Third Show
- We
had some laid-back kinda stuff to discuss, so we laid it all out on the
line and let folks check it out. A guy named "ThreeFingers" (or
something close to that) joined us from Seattle on the chat site and
promised he would send in a bunch of snaps of his chopper build - so
we're looking forward to that. Trash took us through the majic of
powdercoating and brought in some parts he had just had done to show us
how cool they looked - and they did look cool as hell! Warren brought
up the topic of "Green" for bikers and noted that there were no
junkyards for Harley parts, indicating that every part ever made since
1903 was either in service, for sale or had been melted down. It's
interesting to note that there is not a single other vehicle like this
in the United States. The 4 Minute Motorcycle (that Warren was going to
change to 5 but everybody got fussy) featured a chop by a guy named
BooBoo who stole his wife's jewelery box and converted it into a
battery box. We give him two thumbs up for most interesting use of
scavanged parts.
Features: 4
Minute Chopper from BooBoo, reader
mail from Trash, Warren's Bizzare Green Biker rap PLUS a new feature
exposing strange and unusual facts about Harley Parts!

The
Really Great Second Show - We were starting to get the hang
of this thing and the new switcher was making all the difference. We
had a really cool 4 minute motorcycle session with the Gasser (127 cu
inches of big v-twin fun wiht a pair of Weber 44 IDFs on each side of
the motor) and got down and dirty with some sawz-all action on a set of
Built-Well pipes from their very cool pipe building kit. The crew about
crapped themselves laughing at Warren as he imitated the sound of a
Sawz-all going through a 1 3/4 inch steel exhaust pipe. Trash brought a
bunch of cool snaps of the Pounder as he takes is down to the frame -
this one is gonna be an ass-kicker, that's for sure. PLUS, we ran a
great tape called "The Bikes of the Car Show" to show how wacky shit
gets late at night when nobody is watching the kids in the garage.
Features:
4 Minute Bike "The Gasser" - Exhaust Build, "The Ground Pounder from
Hell" brought to you by the Trashman and "Bikes of the Car Show". Much
joy and idiotic revelry as Warren describes how to lable colored wiring
for a clean and sanitary install.

The Premiere - This was our first full-length
show. We had spent days (literally) installing and configuring a new
switcher to allow us to have a FOUR CAMERA set-up. The set features two
"locked down" cameras, a "time clock" webcam, and a manually operated
cam. Our audio system allows us to feed audio directly from a laptop
into the headphones of the guys, and then loop it back through so our
caller can hear the response. There's a bit of a delay, but not enough
to throw you off - we had achieved the ability to have a person at a
remote location "Skype" in to the show, and on our very first show,
somebody DID! The power of this program is in the interactivity with
it's audience - they can use a simple chat interface to talk to the
guys on air or go all-out, high-tech and actually JOIN IN the show as a
video guest. The first show went off without a hitch (technically,
anyway) and we introduced the segement called "4 minute motorcycle" -
this is a series of still images that change out every ten seconds
while our hosts chat about what they're seeing. It's kind of like a
feature bike in a magazine but you're able to chat directly with the
story author.
Features: 4 Minute Bike "The Gasser", 4
Minute Bike "The Bike That Baine Built", Handlebars From Hell - G-Spot
Motorcycles (25 minutes run time) and an apology to the guys at "Iron
Horse" magazine and lots of discussion about the mythical $8000 chopper.

The
Test - This was a test using three cameras and
the Windows Media Encoder to switch between them. We tested it without
actually broadcasting and it seemed to work fine - but during the show
there are "jerky" spots where the floor director switched in
mid-conversation. We realized we had to go with a conventional video
switcher and just "bit the bullet" in terms of cost - we ordered a
"blem" switcher from Guitar Center after doing a pretty extensive
search on the web. Our "blem" arrived, we plugged it in, it worked for
4 minutes and then blew up. Well, we called Guitar Center and they sent
out a new one, but it put us a week off schedule waiting for the new
unit to arrive - during that down time we rigged up a three-screen
monitor to help the director know what was going on where.
